Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of both the Fierce 5 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze on the balance beam. It made her the Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. Gold medals she took home during the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold for the US team. This made her, along with teammates Gabby and Gabby - the first Americans to be able to complete this feat. Silver medals were also awarded for the all-around competition as well as floor workouts. Following the 2nd Olympics, she stopped for three years gymnastics. Also, she has been part of two world championship gold winning teams. The gymnastics classes began at age 2 and loves exercises on the floor. Aly has enrolled in her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in honor of her late grandma. Aly plans on pursuing the field of fashion, and is looking to increase her line of signature leotards and socks later on. She's writing a book titled Fierce which will come out in the coming months.
